Scroll down to see this round's Team of the Week, plus a small breakdown of the squad.

Captain: Amber Laven

Vice-Captain: Jessica Whelan

This round's Team of the Week is easily the most mixed yet--with Inner West, Sydney University, North Shore and Manly Warringah all holding the most spots, which is just three.

As for the leaders this week, it was hard to go past Amber Laven and her four goal performance for Sydney University. The Vice-Captaincy goes to Southern Powers' Jessica Whelan who was named as their Best on Ground during their big win.

This week's Captain finds herself at full forward, alongside an East Coast duo of Brenna Tarrant and Georgina Fowler. Also named up forward is Eilish Sheerin who booted two goals during a Best on Ground performance for the Magpies, and Sasa Barnes who booted three goals for the Bombers.

Joining this week's Vice-Captain amongst the followers is North Shore's Kate Reynolds and the Pennant Hills Best on Ground, Madaleine Owen. Across the midfield is Nicola Barr from the Bombers, Elizabeth Graham from the Wolves, and Belinda Harrison from the Magpies.

The Wolves second Best on ground, Amee Dawson, finds herself at halfback--alongside the Southern Powers second Best on Ground, Laura Holdsworth. Rounding out this week's defence is Sandra Janjetovic from UNSW, as well as Kate Heal from UTS, and Megan Asquith from Sydney Uni.

Another player from UTS finds themselves in the side, this time its their Best on ground from the weekend, Melissa Lindsay. Also calling our interchange home is Tia Bool from UNSW, Linda Lodge from Inner West, and Macquarie University's Best on Ground, Kaitlyn Manning.

The final three spots in our Round Six Team of the Week belong to Sarah Brenton from Sydney Uni, Eleanor Rugg from the Demons, and Joy Leaper from the Wolves.
